I was born and raised in Mendota Heights and I have spent my entire professional career serving the community. I haveheadshot worked as a volunteer fire fighter for the city of Mendota Heights sinceĀ 2008, and in 2016 was promoted to the position of Captain. Additionally, I serve as secretary for the MHFD’s Board of Trustees which handles retirement pensions and fire department funds. Since 2000 I haveĀ been employed as a high school special education teacher for ISD 197. In my time at Henry Sibley High School, I coached varsity Nordic skiing for 2 years, varsity soccer for 10 years, and varsity track & field for 14 years. In 2013, I accepted the position as Head Varsity Soccer Coach at Visitation School and have managed their soccer program for the last four years. Finally, in January 2016 I was appointed to the Mendota Heights Parks & Recreation Commission. In short, I am fully and earnestly committed to the safety and vitality of this fine city. I would be honored to continue my commitment to serving this city in the capacity of city council member for Mendota Heights.
